About Me

JOHN REUSCHER is a California-based actor and voice over artist with a wealth of experience in television, radio and print advertisements. His great voice, versatility and flair for acting, intelligence and professionalism have made him one of the most sought-after talent in the San Francisco Bay Area.

John got his formal training in Theatre Arts at Santa Clara University and in Voice Over at College of Marin. His acting and voice skills were further honed at the Marin Actors Workshop, the Clown School of San Francisco, Jay Ginsberg and Voice Media. 

  

He has appeared in a number of television commercials: "Blue Shield" by Acme Spots, "Heald College" by Dwyer Productions, "John Muir Hospital" by Kontent Films to name a few.  He appeared in two spots by Kontent and in two by Tom Donald Films. Directors like to work with him and call him back. His exceptional voice talent has been featured on numerous radio spots: "Hoogasian Flowers" by Jay Ginsberg, "Saturn" and "Union Bank" both by Publicis/Hal Riney and "Meriwest Credit Union" by Corsi Carter Israel.  His print work includes a national full page ad in Reader's Digest, Time, Newsweek and Golf Digest for "Zocor" by Ogilvy.  His image has appeared also in major publications and brochures for "Lincoln Financial" by George Sapojnikoff, and "Guidant" and "St. Luke's", both shot by David Tice Studios. 

  

Aside from acting, John sings.  He is a soloist and sings regularly in his church choir. He is also an amateur clown and juggler.  He appears at fairs,festivals and parades and volunteers his talents to hospitals and nursing homes.He enjoys snow skiing, golf and ballroom dancing.  He also plays the recorder.  He has been in the insurance, investment and financial services business for over 30 years.
